The production time for custom LED neon signs varies depending on the complexity of the design and the current order volume. Typically, it takes around 2 to 3 weeks from the time your design is finalized and approved for production until the sign is ready to be shipped. We try to deliver your LED neon sign as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.

Installing our LED neon signs is a straightforward process. Each sign comes with pre-drilled holes making it easy to mount them on various surfaces such as walls or windows. We provide detailed instructions on how to install these (Hardware not included at this time). Absolutely! LED neon signs are safe for use in both residential and commercial settings. Unlike traditional glass neon signs, LED neon signs use low voltage and produce very little heat, making them safe to touch and handle. They are also energy-efficient and have a long lifespan. Additionally, our signs undergo rigorous quality control checks to ensure they meet safety standards and provide a reliable and safe lighting solution.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Postlockers.

Our LED Neon signs have LEDs that can last up to 40,000 hours or 4 years of continuous illumination. With continuous use, the LEDs will gradually fade and turn off. To maximize their lifespan, we suggest turning off the signs for 24 hours every 14 days when used 24/7. This prevents overheating of transformers and LEDs, which can decrease their overall lifetime.
