Each LED Neon Sign is carefully wrapped with bubble wrap and securely packaged in a durable cardboard box. To guarantee a seamless delivery experience, we exclusively rely on trusted shipping services such as Posthaste or NZ Post. With these reliable partners, you can have peace of mind knowing that your Sign will be promptly delivered without any unnecessary delays.

Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our signs at Luxe Creative Designs. While returns are not accepted for our signs, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you encounter any faults or defects due to naturally occurring damage, we invite you to reach out to us. If you receive a defective or damaged sign, please contact us within 20 days of delivery for further instructions. Upon our instruction, you may return the item for a replacement. We strive to handle replacements or repairs as efficiently as possible, aiming to complete the process in a timely manner.

 

Please note that the estimated timeframe for receiving your repaired or replaced sign is approximately four weeks from the date you hand over the package to the return shipper. This duration includes the transit time for the return shipment to reach us (5 to 10 business days), our processing time upon receipt (2 to 3 business days), and the necessary time for us to repair or replace your goods (14 to 21 days). As we meticulously handcraft each item from scratch, replacements may require additional time for completion.

 

If you need to initiate a return, kindly contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will promptly provide you with the necessary instructions to proceed with the return process.

Warranty Policy

At Luxe Creative Designs, we offer a 12-month warranty for all of our LED Neon Signs, starting from the date we handover to the courier. However, it's important to note that this policy does not cover damages resulting from incorrect installation or physical damage during usage. If you encounter any issues with your signs, we encourage you to reach out to us, and our team will be more than happy to assist you. We are committed to finding the best possible solution to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products.
